- What counts as a content item?
- A content item is any piece of content Legible indexes: a blog post, product page, CMS collection entry, or documentation article. Each unique URL counts as one item. If you have 300 blog posts and 150 product pages, that's 450 items.
- Can I change plans at any time?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Does Legible work with any CMS?
- Legible works with any website: WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Squarespace, or custom-built. Webflow has a native one-click integration on all paid plans. Other platforms connect via our API, no code changes to your site required.
- What happens if I exceed my item limit?
- We notify you at 80% of your limit. If you go over, nothing breaks. Legible keeps serving your existing indexed items. You'll just need to upgrade to index additional content.
- Is the annual discount available on all plans?
- Yes, all paid plans offer a 30% discount when billed annually. Annual plans are paid upfront as a single yearly charge. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time.
- What support does the free plan include?
- Free plan users have access to our public documentation and community forum. Paid plans include email support, and Business and above include a dedicated Slack support channel.
- Do you offer a free trial on paid plans?
- Yes. Lite, Starter, and Business plans include a 21-day free trial. Pro includes a 30-day free trial. We collect a card at signup so your service continues seamlessly, but you won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.
- What is the Enterprise plan best suited for?
- Enterprise is for large e-commerce operators, major publishers, agencies managing multiple clients, and organizations that need custom infrastructure, legal agreements, SLAs, SSO, or white-glove onboarding. Contact sales for a custom quote.
